Melting Wood

Melting Wood reimagines the organic essence of tree trunks through an illusion of fluidity—shifting, dissolving, and reforming into streams of molten lava. Meticulously layered brushstrokes and an earthy palette of wood-inspired hues, create a tactile surface, inviting touch—the sensory feel of the artwork akin to running one’s fingers over the bark of a tree. The narrative, however, is more than just sensory— it is a poetic representation of the fast-disappearing tree cover as humans pace and grow.
